Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 13 August 2026
We would rather refund someone who is unhappy than keep money from a subscription they are not using.
Cancelling
You can cancel JyotiMitra Pro at any time from your account, or by emailing TODO_SUPPORT_EMAIL. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not cut off access the moment you cancel — you paid for that month.
Refunds
First-time subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of the first payment, for any reason. You do not need to justify it.
After that window, our approach is:
- Charged by mistake — for example a renewal you believed was cancelled: refunded in full.
- The service was broken or unavailable for a meaningful part of the period: refunded in full or in part, depending on how long.
- A duplicate payment: the duplicate is refunded in full.
- You subscribed, used Pro features through the month and simply want the money back at the end: not refunded. The subscription was delivered.
We do not pro-rate a partially used month outside these cases, because access continues to the end of the period rather than stopping at the cancellation.
How to request one
Email TODO_SUPPORT_EMAIL from the address or mobile number on the account, with the payment date or the Razorpay payment ID. That is all we need to find it.
- We respond within 2 working days.
- Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 working days.
- The money returns to the original payment method — Razorpay cannot send it anywhere else.
- Your bank may take a further 3–5 working days to show it. That part is outside our control.
One-off purchases
PDF reports bought individually are generated on demand and delivered immediately, so they are not refundable once downloaded. If a report failed to generate or arrived corrupted, tell us and we will regenerate it or refund it.
A note on what you are buying
You are paying for access to computed charts, timelines and AI guidance — not for outcomes. A reading that did not predict what you hoped is not grounds for a refund, and no astrologer, human or otherwise, could offer that guarantee honestly. See our Terms of Service for what the service is and is not.
